About Us

Trinity Church is a loving, caring group of people from many walks of life and faith traditions. There's a place here for you.

Three streams...one mighty river

Each of these three streams is important. Together they form the mighty river of God. Because Trinity gladly participates in this "Convergence" of the streams we offer a full, rich and balanced presentation of the Christian faith....something for everyone.

Trinity Church joyfully participates in an exciting move of God. It's called "The Convergence Movement." What this means is that God is bringing together strands or "Streams" of the Church that never should have been separated.

First, there's the Evangelical Stream. This means a "high view" of Scripture as God's true word for today and all time.

Second, there's the Charismatic Stream. We believe in the continued work of the Holy Spirit today in giving both the fruit of the Spirit and the gifts of the Spirit.

Third, there's the Sacramental/Liturgical Stream. The center of our worship is the Holy Communion, often called the Eucharist, The Lord's Supper, Divine Liturgy or The Mass.

Come Join Us

Come see what we're all about. The best way to learn about Trinity Church is to visit us.

We are New Englanders! We don't force visitors to stand up at announcement time to tell everyone who they are nor do we "pounce" on people after Church. But we won't ignore you either! Visit us and we'll welcome you. Stay as long as you wish. Engage with us as much or as little as you choose. Just know that you will be warmly greeted and you will know we are glad you came.

We're just one branch of the family tree of God's children trying to grow in him just a little each day.

We welcome you to join us this Sunday!

Trinity Church and The Institute for Christian Renewal

Trinity Church is affiliated with the Institute for Christian Renewal

ICR was formed in 1980 by our pastor and several other clergy members to help individuals and congregations of various churches and groups of churches around the world to teach and minister. Besides whatever he brings to them, he always brings back to Trinity ideas which enrich and bless. Additionally, in his travels Canon Mark meets many church leaders, some of which take him up on his invitation to come minister to us. For helpful teachings on various aspects of the Christian Faith, go to I.C.R's website and access the various teaching articles listed.
